MOJITOFF XVI: Summer of Spritz

There is something about a spritz. Light. Crisp. Refreshing. Always a sign of summer. After a frigid winter like this, we are due for some time in the sun and what better way to commemorate sixteen years of camaraderie than the drink of choice this year being a spritz?

Requirements for competition:

• Drink must be made primarily of sparkling wine or an effervescent spirit.
• All competitors must make note of ingredients for judging (both official and people’s choice)
• All drinks for official judging must fit in the competition cups (no outside glassware permitted)
• All ingredients must be brought by the competitor.

Reminder: As of the 2025 competition, the host committee is implementing a competitor limit of eight (8) competitors for each competition. It will be first come, first served so please register as early as possible. Competitors will receive additional updates closer to the date.
